Local job boards will not take a listing from a foreign company. We are already registered and verified in each market, so you post one role in English and we put it live where the talent actually looks.
Knowing where to post is the easy part.
Search for ten minutes and you will find the boards. hh.kz in Kazakhstan, OLX and ish.uz in Uzbekistan, headhunter.kg in Bishkek. That is where it stops being easy.
Posting on them means a company the board recognises locally, a local phone number to receive the verification code, a business number it can check, and an account approved by a moderator working in Russian or Uzbek. Then someone has to write the listing in the local language, pay in local currency, and read every reply that comes back.
