Who is this for?
Creative studios and agencies hiring motion designers, video editors, art directors, 3D artists, animators and illustrators. We stay narrow on purpose, because the whole product is built around roles where you judge someone by their work.
What does the subscription include?
5 job listings a month, each posted to as many countries and local boards as the role can support, translated into every market's language, with unlimited candidates on every listing and their portfolios reviewed and scored against your reference work.
Do I need a company in these countries?
No. That is most of what you are paying us for. Local boards will not take a listing from a foreign advertiser: they want a company they recognise, a local phone number for the verification code, a business number they can check, and an account a moderator has approved in Russian or Uzbek. We hold the verified accounts in each market and post on your behalf, so you need a card and a job description and nothing else.
How does portfolio matching work?
When you create a job you upload examples of the work you want. Our models read each applicant's portfolio from the links they give us, including Behance, Dribbble, Vimeo and Drive, and score how closely it matches. You get the candidates ranked, with a note on what lines up.
Do applicants see the reference work I upload?
No. Reference material is private to your account and to us. Studios upload unreleased client work and competitor reels, so it is stored in a private bucket and never appears on a job listing or anywhere an applicant can reach.
What counts towards the 5 listings?
Each job you submit to us in a calendar month, however many countries and boards it goes to. Drafts are free and cost nothing until you send them. Editing a listing you have already submitted does not use another one. The allowance resets on the 1st and unused listings do not roll over.
How many candidates do I get?
As many as the listing attracts. Candidates are unlimited on every plan, because a listing is what costs us work to translate, post and pay for, while the applicants it brings in are the whole point. We add every one to your dashboard with their portfolio scored.
What happens when I reach the limit?
You cannot submit a new listing until the 1st. Everything already posted stays live and candidates keep arriving on it. If you need to post more than that, message us and we will put together a plan that fits.
Who pays the job boards?
We do. Where a local board charges to post, that fee is on us. There is nothing to reconcile and no surprise invoice.
Can I try it before paying?
Signing up costs nothing. Create your studio, build a job across as many markets as you want, and see exactly which local boards it would go to. You subscribe only when you are ready for us to post it.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page and you keep access until the end of the current period. You can resume later without losing any data.
