What does the subscription include?
Everything in the product: unlimited jobs, unlimited candidate records, the local job-board directory, automated localization, CV storage and the candidate dashboard.
What are external job-board costs?
Local job boards charge their own posting fees. Elsewhere shows an estimate for every board before you submit a job and saves that estimate with the job. Those fees are separate from your subscription and are reconciled with you directly.
Do you charge the posting costs automatically?
No. In the current version Elsewhere never charges board fees through the app. You see the estimate, submit the job, and our team handles distribution and invoicing manually.
Do I need a credit card to start the trial?
No. The 14-day trial starts as soon as you create your agency. Add a payment method whenever you are ready to continue.
How accurate are the reach and applicant estimates?
They are estimates based on historical and platform-reported performance for each board, maintained by hand. They are indicative, not guaranteed, and we label them that way everywhere they appear.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from the billing page and you keep access until the end of the current period. You can resume later without losing any data.
Are job postings translated?
Yes. You write the role in English and Elsewhere produces local-language versions for the markets you selected. Translations are stored with the job.
